First of all, wow! Staff here was very welcoming to anyone coming in even though they were pretty busy at the time. I came in for a new car battery not expecting the person to offer to change it for me. Raymond was amazing! He barely took a look at my car and was able to change it very quickly. Mind you my car battery is blocked by another car part so the fact that he did this perfectly blew my mind. Bring a cash tip if they go out of their way like this!! They didn’t ask for it but the fact that they go beyond offering excellent customer service, they more than deserve it!

This auto zone was not helpful at all. I went in and asked if they could use their meter to check my car. I'm 62 yr.old disabled women. First, he said what meter, I said the one you plug into the car to assess what's wrong. He then says is your engine light on. I said no so far just maintenance light. He told me he couldn't help me. Go to a mechanic. I was very offended. No other A. Z . Has ever treated me that way. Thus was Fullerton on Raymond

This is a convenient location for me. The staff is always helpful. I enjoy just browsing in there from time to time. On this visit I purchased some refrigerant for my Honda 2016 as the air conditioner was blowing air that wasn't cooled. The purchase was not R134a freon but 1234YF as described in the manual. It's very a very expensive ingredient. So rather than have it leak again because of any holes in the AC system I took it to Honda and was covered by a recall of for my year and VIN number. Autozone staff refunded my money without question.
